Your first 60-minute private session. We'll discuss your goals, movement history, and experience level, then begin building your personalized Pilates program.
Why Train with Laura?
I've been teaching Pilates since 2001 and founded Lift Pilates in 2003.
Over the years, I've worked with clients recovering from injuries, transitioning from physical therapy, managing chronic conditions, and building strength, mobility, and confidence through consistent Pilates practice.
My work is rooted in the original method of Contrology. I studied with the late Jay Grimes, a direct student of Joseph Pilates, and continue my education through ongoing mentorship with Wade Edwell of Proper Pilates in Australia.
Rather than teaching a one-size-fits-all workout, I create an individualized program for each client and guide their progress over time through hands-on coaching, observation, and program updates.
