Why Lift Pilates Is Different

Unlike traditional fitness classes where everyone does the same workout, each client at Lift Pilates follows a personalized classical Pilates program designed around their goals, experience level, and progress.

We use the full range of classical Pilates apparatus—not just reformers—to help you build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and confidence.

Classes are small, allowing for ongoing coaching, hands-on corrections, and individualized progression.

How Lift Pilates Classes Work

Each client at Lift Pilates follows an individualized Pilates program designed specifically for their body, goals, experience level, and progress.

Unlike traditional fitness classes where everyone does the same workout, you'll work through a personalized program that evolves as you do. Your exercises, apparatus settings, and progression are based on your specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

During class, I actively coach every student, providing hands-on corrections, exercise cues, and individualized guidance. As you become stronger and more capable, I'll update your program, introduce new exercises, refine your technique, and increase challenges when appropriate.

Using the full range of classical Pilates apparatus—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Mat—you'll build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and confidence through a structured, progressive practice.

Classes are intentionally small, allowing me to closely monitor each student's progress while maintaining the energy and support of a group environment. You'll receive ongoing coaching and attention every time you attend.

The result is a consistent, personalized approach that helps you continue progressing over time rather than repeating the same workout week after week.

Schedule

Lift Pilates Class Hours

Most of our members attend 2–4 sessions per week to stay consistent and continue progressing. We have a flexible schedule, so no need to arrive on time or stay until the end.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

10:45am–11:45am

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday

4:45pm–5:45pm
5:30pm-6:30pm

Most Saturdays
11:00am–12:00pm

Private Session Appointments

Private Sessions are available by appointment and are scheduled individually based on availability.

Member Open Studio Access

Approved members have access to the studio for independent Pilates practice between scheduled sessions.

Open Studio Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
