Why Lift Pilates Is Different

At Lift Pilates, you won't be doing the same workout as everyone else. Each client follows a personalized classical Pilates program designed around their goals, experience level, and progress.

We use the full range of classical Pilates apparatus—not just reformers—to help you build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence.

Classes are intentionally small, allowing for ongoing coaching, hands-on corrections, and individualized progression.

Many clients come to Lift Pilates after physical therapy ends, looking for a safe, effective way to continue building strength and mobility.

This is not a cookie-cutter workout. It's a structured Pilates practice designed to evolve with you over time.

How Lift Pilates Classes Work

Each client at Lift Pilates follows a personalized classical Pilates program tailored to their goals, experience level, and progress. Our programs are rooted in the original Pilates method, also known as Contrology.

Unlike typical drop-in Pilates classes, every client at Lift Pilates follows an individualized Pilates program within our small-group classes. While clients attend class together, each person follows their own program, with exercises, apparatus settings, and progressions selected for their goals, experience level, and progress.

Rather than doing the same workout as everyone else, you'll follow a structured program that evolves as you do. Exercises, apparatus settings, and progressions are tailored to your individual needs.

During class, I provide ongoing coaching, hands-on corrections, and individualized guidance. As your strength, mobility, and skill improve, your program is updated to keep you progressing.

Using the full range of classical Pilates apparatus—not just reformers—you'll build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence through regular practice.

Small class sizes allow each client to follow an individualized Pilates program while benefiting from the energy and support of a group setting.
