At Lift Pilates, you don’t walk into a random class or try to keep up with a group. You begin with a clear starting point and follow an individualized program that progresses over time.

What to expect as a beginner
You’ll begin with a Private Introductory Session to assess how you move and introduce you to the classical Pilates system.
From there, you’ll begin in our Lift Pilates Class through a short one-week guided start, where you’ll follow your own program while receiving ongoing instruction and observation.
You won’t be doing the same routine as everyone else. You’ll work through a plan designed for your body, with guidance, corrections, and progression each time you come in.
There are no levels to keep up with—you work at your own pace within a structured system.
No experience is necessary
Most clients arrive with little or no prior Pilates experience.
You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or familiar with the exercises to begin. You’ll be guided step by step, learning how to move with control and build strength over time.
Consistency is what makes the difference. Most clients attend at least two times per week to see meaningful progress and build lasting strength and control.
